PETER KINYANJUI MUSA (MWALIMU KABATHII)

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Peter Kinyanjui Musa (Mwalimu Kabathii) after a long illness bravely borne.

Son of the late Kimani wa Barae and the late Elizabeth Mumbi Kimani. Loving husband to Nelly Nyamathwe Kinyanjui. Father to the late Samuel Kimani Kinyanjui, Elizabeth Mumbi Kinyanjui, Waceke Kinyanjui, the late Mwaura Kinyanjui, Lydia and Stanley Ng’ethe Kinyanjui, Godfrey and Serah Ng’ang’a, Roselyne and Robert Kamau Kinyanjui.

Brother to the late Serah Wanjiku Gitau, late Peninah Wanjiru Magua, late Eliud Kuuri Kimani and the late Rachel Njeri Wagate. Grandfather to Nellie Nyamathwe Mumbi, Martin Kinyanjui, Daliso Kinyanjui, Peter Kinyanjui Mwaura, Kinyanjui Ng’ethe, Nellie Nyamathwe Ng’ethe, Gichuhi Ng’ethe, Anne Wanjiru Ng’ethe, Olive Wambui Ng’ang’a, Benson Mbitu Ng’ang’a, Nellie Nyamathwe Ng’ang’a, Kinyanjui Kamau, Nellie Nyamathwe Kamau and Mburu Kamau. He was great grandfather to Leo Kinyanjui.

Meetings are being held daily at his residence in Karura Ka-nyungu village, Kiambu county. There will be two meetings only at Parklands Baptist Church in Westlands on Thursday 28th and Friday 29th October, at 5.30pm.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, 31st October, 2021, at his Karura Ka-nyungu home from 3.00pm.

The cortege will leave Lee Funeral Home on Tuesday the 2nd of November at 8.30am. The funeral service will take place at ACK St. Marks Church Mukui from 11.00am followed by the internment at the family home. All covid–19 protocols will be observed.
