It is with deep sorrow and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of Mr. Peter Muriuki Kaburia that occurred on Friday, 18/09/2020 while undergoing treatment at Outspan Hospital in Nyeri. He hails from Gaturiri village, Konyu sub- location, Mathira East-District, Nyeri County.

Son to late Kaburia Njerembu and late Alice Wakonyu. A loving husband of Margaret Wambura Muriuki. Dearest father to Gladys Waruguru (Karatina),Alice wakonyu (karatina) Grace Wanjiku (Kikuyu), the late Joseph Kaburia, Purity Wangui (Sabaki), Jane Wanjiru (kakamega,) Winrose Wamuyu (CIC Group), Lucy Wairimu (USA), Florence Gathigia (Ruiru) and Geoffrey Gichuhi (Ruiru). Father-in-law to Joseph Karanja, the late Peter Muraya, Fredrick Njehu, Edward Macharia, Simon Wamwea and Peris Wambui. Brother to Moses Mbora (Karatina), Rose Wanjiku (Nairobi), Jane Gathoni (Nairobi), the Late Lucy Waruguru, John Wangai (Karatina) the late Lydia Njeri. Son-in-law to Godfrey Gichuhi, Charity Waruguru. Brother-in-law of Alice Wangul (Karatina), Ephraim Muriuki (Embu), the late Richard Mahinda, the late James Murage and Rose Konyu (Karatina). Uncle, grandfather and Great grandfather to many.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at his residence In Gaturiri village from 6 pm for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Outspan Hospital Mortuary in Nyeri on Friday 5/09/2020 -8:00 am for burial Ceremony at his home in Gaturiri village in Karatina.
