PETER NJIMU WACHIRA

We regret to announce the death of Peter Njimu Wachira, son of the late Wachira Muthae and the late Kagure Wachira, step son to Pancarasia Wangui Wachira.

Brother to the late Godfrey Ngunjiri, late Joseph Nyambari, Maryanne Muthoni, the late Zaveriah Njoki, Samuel Wanjoya, Teresia Wanjiru Wamwea and David Muita. Step brother to Esther, Muthae, Gathoni, Muchiru, Irene, Njoki, Loice and Njimu. Husband to Priscilla Gathoni. Father to Richard Wachira & Eunice Wambui, Bernard Muthanga & Rose Wanjiku, Lucy Wairimu, Anthony Ngunjiri & Grace Wambui, Nancy Wangechi, Reuben Wanjau & Rachael Wanjau, Joseph Nyambari & Rachael Nyambari. He was grandfather to Barbara Njeri, Pierre Njimu, Elvis Kimwatu, Bryan Njimu, Eldad Kairu, Peter Njimu, Catherine Njeri, Eric Wachira, Lucy Wairimu, Kalvin, Collins Njimu, Maisy Njeri, Leonel Njimu, Kendra Njeri, Malcom Njimu and Samantha Njeri, Uncle to many.

Family and friends are meeting at Holy Family Minor Basilica, Cardinal Otunga Annex, 5th floor, St. Cecilia hall from 5:30pm to 7:pm and at his home In Kamoi-ini village for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege will leave KNH Nairobi mortuary on Wednesday, 9th December 2020 at 7:00a.m for funeral service and burial at his home in Kamoi-ini village, Witima sub-location, Karima location, Othaya sub-county, Nyeri county. Funeral service and mass will be at Witima Primary School grounds on the same day starting at 11:00am and thereafter laid to rest at his home in Kamoi-ini village next to the primary school.
