PETER OUMA ONYANGO

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mr. Peter Ouma Onyango, which occurred on 24th October, 2021 after a short illness bravely borne.

Son of the late Paul Onyango and the late Monica Mukhobe of Buyuku, Magombe. Son-in-law to the late Clement Were and the late Selina Were. Husband of Rose Were Ouma. Father of Paul Ouma, Thomas Ouma and Vanessa Ouma.

Brother of the late David Okello, the late Gabriel Wamalwa, Leonard Juma, Angelina Gonzo, Angela Uhuru Wesonga and Clay Onyango. Brother-in-law to the late Hellen Okello, the late Michael Oduori, the late Eluid Wesonga, Lucy Wamalwa, Anne Juma, Elizabeth Wairimu, Cecilia Marwah, Lucia Were, Winnie Odhiambo, Anthony Were, Jacinta Lwanga, the late Moses Were and Vincent Were.

Beloved uncle and grandfather to many.

Meetings are being held at Cardinal Otunga Plaza, 5th Floor, St. Rita’s Room, from 5:30pm, on 29th October, 1st, 2nd and 3rd November, 2021.

Requiem mass will be on 4th November, 2021, at St Catherine of Alexandria in South C, at 2:00pm.

Burial will be at his home in Budalangi, on Saturday 6th November, 2021 from 10:00am.
