With deep sorrow, we announce the untimely demise of Peter Saeta Osoro, former District Accountant, that occurred on 17th July 2024.

Loving husband of the late Tabitha Kemunto and Rebecca Bosibori. Son of the late Matthew Osoro and the late Mary Moruri.

Son-in-law of the late Hezron Gechuti and the late Hellen Nyanchama, Alfayo Nyangau, and Dorica Moraa.

Father of Emily Moraa, Isabella Kerubo ( Nairobi), Dennis and Eileen Monari (USA), Loreen Nyakarario (Nairobi), Charlene Nyaboke and Dr.Asumani Guloba (Uganda), Susan Saringi (Nairobi), the late Hezron Nyamwaro, Clinton Ongwae, and Davis Osoro.

Grandfather of Derryl, Cassey, Damian, Amir, Amal, Sean, Jason, and Myra. Brother of Joyce, Zipporah, Samuel, Grace, the late Norah, the late Shem, the late Hosea, the late James, Moses, and Orero among others.

Brother-in-law of the late Mabuka, the late Grace and the late Job Nyangena, Mary, the late Maeba, the late Thomas, the late Aburi, Esther and Ondieki, Alice and Ephrahim Githinji, Magret, Patrick, among others. Korera of Mereth Guloba and the late George and Theresa Monari.

Uncle of H.E. Governor Amos Nyaribo, Elijah, the late Lumumba, Enoch, Eric, the Karani’s, the Ongera’s, the Ongwae’s, the Moraa’s, the Nyamwaro’s, the Ondogo’s, the Mokeira’s, the Norah’s, Nyandusi, Stella, Carol, Evans, Caren, Brenda, and Daphine among others.

The cortege leaves Kisii Teaching & Referral Hospital on Thursday, 1st August 2024, for his Nyamaiya home, Bokiambori Sub-location, Nyamira County.

The Burial is on 2nd August at DOs ground Nyamaiya
