PETER THARAO KIMANI

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of Peter Tharao Kimani of Kirenga, Lari, on Monday 10th January 2022.

He was the son of the late Bedan Kimani Tharao and Rakeli Wanjiku Bedan.

He was the father of Kimani Tharao and father-in-law of Sylvia Njeri.

He was grandfather to Tana Tharao Kimani.
He was brother to the late Serah Nyokabi, Late Walter Ndungu and Late Grace Nyambura, Margaret Nyambura and Simon Karuga, Nancy Mumbi and Peter Waihenya, James Ngure and Josephine Wambui, Sally Wambui and Prof Kabiru Kinyanjui, Late Grace Muthoni, Jayne Gathiru and George Rachier and Irene Wangui and Late Prof Mwangi Kimenyi.

The cortege leaves Uplands Funeral Home on Tuesday, 18th January 2022 at 10.00 am for a funeral service atACK St Andrew’s Church Kongothiria at 11.00 am.

He will then be laid to rest at his home in Kirenga, Lari.
