It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of Mice Phillip Kiplagat Tiren, which occurred on Wednesday 6th Dec 2023.

Son of the late Paul Kite Tiren, and the late Maria Kimoi Tiren, of Kapkessum, Keiyo North Constituency, Elgeyo Marakwet County.

Husband to the late Macrine Kobilo Tiren. Father to Leonida, Kenneth, Rowlands and Veronica. Father-in-law to Tom, Regina, Elizabeth and the late Patrick.

Brother to the late Alice, Lily, the late James, the late Fredrick, the late Michael, the fate Thomas, Jane, the late John, Elizabeth, Rose Hon Silas Tiren.

Cousin to the Meburs’ (Kapleton), the Kwambai’s (Kapkite) of Kapkessum and Chebororwa.

Brother-in-law to the Murgor’s, Tuiyott’s, and Chemweno’s He was blessed with several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Family and friends are meeting daily in their home at Chemarmar for prayers and burial arrangements.

To offset the funeral expenses, there will be a fund raising at home Chemarmar on Sunday 17th December, 2023 at 2.00pm.

The cortege will leave Iten Hospital Mortuary on 196 December, 2023 at 10.00am and proceed to Chemarmar village for requiem mass. The funeral service and interment will be on Wednesday 20th December, 2023 at Chemarmar Village, Sergoit Location, Moiben Sub-County, Uasin Gishu County.
