PHYLLIS WAMBUI MBUTHIA

It is with profound sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will, that we announce the death of Mrs. Phyllis Wambui Mbuthia, which occurred on Sunday 23rd May, 2021, after a short illness bravely borne.
Daughter of the late Zakary Kibe and the late Priscilla Wanjiru. Beloved Wife of the late Thomas Mucheru Mbuthia. Daughter-in-law of the late Tirus Kabuthia and Late Milka Wanjira Kabuthia.
Mother of the late Walter Kibe Mambo, George Mbuthia, Nancy Wanjira, Catherine Wanjiru Njoroge, James Mucheru, Anna Njoki Kalunga and Judy Wahu Wyczawski, Mother-in-law of Grace Njoki, John Njoroge Thiongo, Jean Kalunga and Jordan Wyczawski. Grandmother of seventeen grandchildren and great-grandmother of two.
Sister of the late Ruth Wahu Wathika, the late John Mahungu, the late Wamaitha Muratu, the late Njeri, the late Peter Maingi, the late Christopher Mwangi, the late Joseph Njuguna and Jane Wangari Gachara and Samuel Kairu Kibe.
Family and friends are meeting at her family home in Lower Matasia in Ngong, daily from 5.00pm for funeral arrangements.
The cortege will leave Umash Funeral Home on Monday, 31st May 2021 at 7.00am for a funeral service at ACK Church Ngong at 10.00am and thereafter will be laid to rest at the family home in Bondeni Area Off Masai Road, Ngong on Monday, 31st May, 2021.
