Son of the late Benson Gwako Omare and Mama Janes Kerubo of mwanunda village, Nyoera sub-location, Bassi Central location, Nyamache sub-county. Husband to Jane Mburu, father to Justine and Jefferson.

Brother to Tabitha Nyang’ara, Japheth Ogoro Gwako (Moi Teaching and referral Hospital), Dorcas Motari (Nakuru), the late Josephine Bonareri, Druscilla Nyaboke (Thika), Reuben Ombati, Frida Kwamboka, Aska Linet, Jackline Bosibori.

Nephew to the Late Jairus Anunda, Former councilor Meshack Onsarigo, Naftal Mbaka, Matage, Mogiri, Ombane, late director Miruka, Moogi, Ogega, Olipha Kinara, Teresia Ontoya, The late Onkundi Ayub.

Cousin to David Ogega, Penina Gesare, Ambrose Nyabuto, Gicheri, Michael, Ochoro, Ombati, Osusu, Hon Esman Onsarigo (CECM Kisii County), Mwalimu Hassan, Joyce, Margret, Beatrice, Rashid, Ragira Kinara, Doris- USA, Ayub -USA, Job Ontoya.

Son in-law to the late John Mburu, late Esther Njeri. In-law to Nathan Ong’au, B. Motari, Japheth Machaka, Abel Omariba, late zadrack ,the Late Gladys Wanjiru Marna, Emma Wambui, John Waithaka, Julius Kamau, Anthony Ngugi, Muiruri and  Martin Mburu.

The cortege will leave Lee Funeral Home Nairobi on Thursday 11/11/2021 for burial on Friday 12/11/2021 Mwanunda- Nyoera adjacent Nyamache sub-county, Kisii County.
