PROF. JOSEPH KARANJA THIONG’O

It is with great sadness that we regret to announce the death of Prof. Joseph Karanja Thiong’o, Chairman Ngere Tea Factory through a tragic road accident on 26th July 2024.

He was the son of the late Joyce Waruguru Thiong’o of Ndakaini Location/Village, Gatanga, Murang’a County.

He was loving husband of Nancy Wairimu Karanja. Father to Emmanuel Thiong’o Karanja, Moses Wachira Karanja, Joyce Waruguru Karanja and Christine Mugure Karanja.

Son-in law of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Wachira of Ngorano Village, Nyeri County.

Family and friends are meeting daily for burial arrangements at his home from 2.00PM.

Funeral service will be held at Ndakaini Secondary School playground, Gatanga on 5th August 2024 from 11.00AM followed by burial at his farm.
