Professor Mildred Adhiambo Jalang’o Ndeda

It is with humble acceptance of the Lord’s will that we announce the demise of Professor Mildred Adhiambo Jalang’o Ndeda of Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University of Science and Technology on Tuesday, the I 7th of March, 2020.

Beloved wife of Archt. Samuel Jalang’o Ndeda. Mother of Dr. Rehema Ndeda, Joyce wa Danieli, Rebecca Ndeda and Rowena Stella. Daughter of the late Matthias Opwapo and the late Stella Oti Opwapo of Alego, Kakan. A grandmother of live Mpenzwe Jumbale. Mother-in-law of Martin Gillo and Daniel Jumbale Kitti. Sister of the late Mical Awino Ogoma, Grace Achieng, Lilian Aduol, Edward Michael Oluoch, the late Dickson Edwin Onyango, the late George Hannington Wanjawa, the late Daniel Boaz Omondi, the late Amos Odima and Stephen Nashon Dwoya.

Daughter-in-law of the late Manasseh Ndeda and the late Joyce Odundo Ndeda of Asembo Kanyigoro, Saradidi. Sister-in-law of James Jamwa Ndeda,the late Mildred Akach Oweke, Hanington Omondi Ndeda, Prof Jared Hera Ndeda, Millicent Adhiambo Obondo, Eng. Joshua Ooro Ndeda, the late Eric Odera Ndeda, Hellen Apondi Sewe, the late Apollo Obote Ndeda, Esau Agolla Ndeda, Moses Amoke Ndeda, Margaret Jamwa, Pauline Omondi, Monica Hera, Millicent Ooro, Caroline Odera, Ruth Obote, Rose Agola and Neema Amoke. An aunt of Nyikwa Manasseh, Nyikwa Opwapo and many others.

Family, friends, relatives and well wishers are meeting at her residence next of Oyude Market daily for funeral arrangements.

A fund raising will be held on Wednesday March 25, 2020 at 4.00p.m at PEFA Oyude Church. Contributions can be sent through Mpesa Paybill number 8012843.

Burial ceremony will be held on 28th March, 2020 from 10.00am at her home in Oyude, Asembo, Siaya County.
