It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Pastor WILLIAM GITHINJI KIORIA, which occurred on 24/1012021, after a short illness.

Son of the late Peter Kioria Ndungu and the late Edith Wanjiru Kioria. Loving husband of the late Lydia Wanja Githinji. He is survived by his dear wife Judith Sabina Githinji. He is father to Rev. James Gitonga and Mercy Githinji Gitonga, Carol Nyakinyua, Nelly Njeri Githinji, Ryan and Joan Wanjiku Githinji, Geraldine Musisi Githinji, Arnold Musisi Githinji and Sidney Musalia Githinji.

Brother to the late Benard Chege, the late John Ndungu, the late Kerrie Njeri, Eutychus Waweru, Dr. Moses Wanderi, Jane  WanjikuWanyoike and the late David Kimani. Brother-in-law to James Marigi, John Gateiya, the late Laban Kimungu, the late Sarah Wambui, the late Susan Wanjiru, Emily Njeri,Allan Kariukl, Henry Kamau, Lucy Muritu, Alice Muthoni and Timo Mbugua, Linda Khalenya and Isaac Bushuru.

Grandfather to Tavia Wanja, Jaycen Githinji, Lexie Nyambura, Rainie Wangari, Jeremiah Gitonga and Nehemiah Gitonga. Favourite uncle, Cousin and great friend to many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his home Oljororok Town, Nyahururu, from 3.00pm – 5.00pm.

The cortege leaves Umash Funeral Home – Nakuru on 2nd November, 2021, at 7.00am, for funeral service and thereafter be laid to rest at his home in Oljororok Town – Nyahururu, beginning at 10.00am.
