With thanksgiving to God and acceptance of His will, we announce the promotion to Glory of our beloved matriarch Mrs Rachel K. Tawuo, on Thursday, 13th January 2022 at Nairobi West hospital.

Daughter of the late Mulwa Kathyaka and Naomi Waiu Kathyaka. Daughter-in-law to the late Lialo Tawuo and Sokorte Nailole Tawuo. Beloved wife to the late Theophilus Toirai Tawuo.

Adored mother to Stanley Lemayian, Jimmy Sarone, the late Sidney Quntai, Rosemary Masenoi, Regina Nailantei, Annastasia laipanoi, Solomon Samperu and the late Benjamin Simintei.

Mother-in-love to Lillian Atieno, Ann Kanini, Mary Wanjiku, Philemon Kerina, Daniel Muggi and Agnes Samperu. Sister to the late Alice K. Mutungi, the late Samson Maundu and John Mulwa. Doting grand mother to 35 and 22 great grand children.

Aunty to the Kaita, Nekisenke, Letuya, Sayiore, Engo Lekutit; Mutungi, Maundu and Ndambuki families.

Family and friends are meeting daily from 5:00 p.m. at their Iseuri home (Behind Police Station) for funeral arrangements.

There will be a fund raising meeting on Wednesday, 19th January 2022 at 4:00 p.m. to offset the hospital bill at the same venue.

The cortege departs from Umash Funeral Home at 7:30am on Friday, 21st January 2022, for burial at her Iseuri home —Kajiado.
