Rachel Njoki Chacha

It is with deep sorrow and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on to glory of our beloved Rachel Njoki Chacha which occurred on Sunday 9th February 2020 after a short illness bravely borne.

Daughter of James Chacha and Grace Njeri (both deceased) of Kahuhia village Muranga County. Step daughter of Frida Wambui Chacha. Loving mother of Jane Njeri Chacha (LJA Associates), Jimmy Chacha of Uhuru market and Eric Kihara. Loving and caring sister of late Herbert Mukura Chacha, Perpetua Wanjiku Thuo, Sarah Wanja, late Stephen Nganga, Catherine Wairimu, late John Thuo, late Eric Nyaga-Sibi, James Miichiri, James Maina, Wanjiku, Ben Kiarie among others.

Family and friends are meeting daily for prayers and funeral arrangements at her residence Syokimau at 5:30 pm and also at the Abbey Hotel Luthuli Avenue on Wednesday 12th Feb and Thursday 13th February 2020 at 6:00pm.

There will be a memorial service on Friday 14th February 2020 at PCEA Syokimau Church from 5 pm.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Monalisa Funeral Home Mbagathi way on Tuesday 18th February 2020 at 9:00 am for church service to be held at PCEA Nairobi West starting at 10:00am followed thereafter by burial which will take place at the Langata cemetery at 12:30pm.

Mum you have fought a good fight, you have finished the race and you have kept the Faith.
