It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing on of Mama Rebecca Eveta Munjuri on 20th April, 2023 after a sudden cardiac arrest.

Daughter to the late Mr. Condrady Kashomba and Mrs. Herimina Condrady. Sister to the late Caterina Conrady, Kenedy Condrady, the late Daria Condrady, Nesto Condrady, Ungoline Condrady, Pina Condrady and Goddy Condrady.

Mother to John Mwenda, Gloria Shayo, Florence Mukiri (USA), Lucy Makena, Philomena Nchekei (USA), Catherine Blanka and Glory Ntinyari. Grandmother to many.

Niece to (uncles) Joseph, Africani, Herimes, Claudiani Jorome, (aunts) Costansia, Mary Ma-Mkubwa., the, late Pelagia, Mary Ma-Mdogo and the late Maswai.

Sister-in-law to Gititiu ltaaru, Ithalie ltaaru, the late Mung’ori ltaaru, Kimathi ltaaru, the late Gituma ltaaru and Peninah Karauki itaaru.

Mother-in-law to Dr. Dhadho Gaddae Godhana, Helen Gacheri and Ekim Emasseh (USA).

Family and Friends are meeting daily at her home in Kieru Village, Kibuline at 4.00pm and Homeland Hotel – Nairobi, along Thika Road, opposite Garden City from 5.00pm for prayers and burial arrangements.

The requiem mass will be held at St. Matthias Catholic Church on Friday 28th April, 2023 in Kibuline, Meru at 11.00am. Thereafter, the burial will follow at her home in Shauri Village, Kieru Sub-location, Mbeu Location, Meru County at 2.00pm.
