REV. FR. EDWARD MUTIA RICHARD

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of Rev. Fr. Edward Mutia Richard who passed on while undergoing treatment at Mater Hospital- Nairobi on 6/11/2020.

He was the 3rd born son of Mr. Richard K. Mutia and Cecilia M. Richard. Brother of the late Joyce Syokau, Pauline Nzisa, Mary Magdalene, Late Alice Kalili, Daniel Musemi, George Mutia and the Late David Muinde. He was brother-in-law of Felistus Mutindi, Judy Mutua, Bernard Mutua and Joshua Nzilu.

Family and friends are meeting daily for prayers and burial preparations at their home and the Catholic Diocese of Kitui Secretariat offices.

The cortege will leave tribute funeral home Syongila, Kitui on 18/11/2020 at 8:00 am to St Patrick’s Mutune Catholic Church for funeral mass and burial thereafter at Mutune Priests’ Cemetery.
