REV. FR. TIM GALVIN, SPS

Born: 3rd July, 1952 – Died: 9th February 2023

St. Patrick’s Missionary Society regrets to announce the sudden death in Nairobi Hospital of Fr. Tim Galvin on the 9th February, 2023. Fr.Tim worked in the Diocese of Kitui from 1978 to 1983.

He was a member of the first group of St. Patrick’s Missionary Society to go to Torit Diocese in South Sudan in 1983, where he ministered faithfully until his recent death.

Requiem Mass for Fr. Tim will be celebrated at St. Patrick’s Formation House in Kiamunyi, Nakuru, at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday 23rd February, 2023 with burial afterwards in the adjoining Society Cemetery.
