REV. TOM HOUSTON

Rev. Tom Houston, the founding pastor of the Nairobi Baptist Church went to be with the Lord on Tuesday June 4, 2024, at the ripe age of 96.

Rev. Tom Houston was inducted as the first NBC pastor on August 16 1959, and served in that capacity until September 1971.

He continued to be part of NBC’s ministry as a Pastor Emeritus for as long as his health allowed.

There will be a brief remembrance fellowship at the Bethel Sanctuary, NBC Ngong’ Road, on Sunday June 16, 2024 from 3:00pm
