RICHARD AKALA CHUCHU
18th January 1989 ~ 20th July 2024
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the sudden death of Richard Akala Chuchu which occurred on 20th July 2024.
He was the first-born son of Dr. Sarah Chuchu and the late Eng. Caleb Achola Chuchu, and the brother of Michael Chuchu.
Richard was the grandson of the late John Chuchu Akala and the late Clara Otieno Chuchu of Seme Kaila; and the late Richard Enos Alai and the late Josephine Juombo Alai of Kano Kakola.
He was the beloved nephew and cousin of the Alai and Chuchu families.
Family and friends will be gathering at Gem Suites, Riverside B on the
following dates:
- Wednesday 24th July, 17:00-20:00 HRS
- Friday 26 th July, 17:00-20:00 HRS
- Sunday 28 th July, 14:00-20:00 HRS
- Monday 29 th July, 17:00-20:00 HRS
A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday 31st July 2024 at Nairobi Central SDA Church from 14:00HRS.
Burial will be on Friday 2nd August 2024, at his home in Menara, Muhoroni, Kisumu County.

There is hope beyond the grave . Untill that day our eyes shall behold the city . Where all friends and families will reunite and we shall celebrate over death. Peace and comfort from above to the family of Chuchu. Rest but for a while Richard.
