RICHARD MUREITHI GICHU (CHAIRMAN)

It is with great sadness to announce the sadden demise of Richard Mureithi Gichu (Chairman) formerly of Ministry of Roads & Transport, (Mechanical & Transport Department).

Son of the late Joel Gichu and the late Pauline Gichu.

Husband to Pastor Josphine Nyambura Mureithi (Kitengela). Father of Joel Gichu Mureithi and Karen Katanu.

Brother to Gathoni Gichu, Wahome Gichu, Makanga Gichu, Wambui Kisonge and Mathenge Gichu.

Son-in-law to the late Cornelius Waithaka and the late Edith Waithaka (Embu). Brother-in-law to Peter Macharia, Julius Muriuki, Samuel Gateru, (all of Embu), Teresia Mutua and Philip M. Kilonzo (CEC- Lands Machakos County), Professor Boibanda  (Moi University) and Rose Boibanda and Joseph Kisonga.

In-law to Eliud Maundu and Ann Maundu (Kitui).

Cousin to Wambugu (Embu), Karimi (Nakuru), Wambugu Gichu, Kinyua Karangi, Samuel Wahome and many others. Grandfather and uncle to many.

Meetings for burial and funeral arrangements are taking place at ACK Holy Trinity Parish – Kitengela starting from 6:30pm, at his residence in Korrompoi- Kitengela and at his rural home in Kiamuya Village, Chinga in Uthaya Sub-County.
