It is with deep sorrow that we announce the sudden death of Richard Ombasa Omweno which occurred on 3rd August 2024.

Beloved son of Joel Omweno Ondari and Margaret Rael Motari of Oloolua Location, Oloolua Ward – Kajiado County. Loving brother of Nickson Omweno Ondari and Ann Moraa Ondari.

Grandchild of the Late Omweno Ondari, the Late Hellen Omweno and Brendah Omweno of Bombaba East Location, Bombaba-Borabu Ward- Kisii County and Joseph Ogato Motari and Leonida Nyakondo Ogato of Bosamaro-Masaba Location, Bosamaro Ward-Nyamira County.

Nephew of Boniface, the late Ongwae, Nyang’wara, Elizabeth,Yunia, Kemunto, Mary, Eunice, Hellen, Agnes, Keki, Oseko, James, Jared, Olpha, Jane, Moraa, Timothy, Robert, Ondari, Dr.Monyenche, Otero, Motari, Tito and David.

Cousin of: Omwenos, Wilter, Teresah, Abel, Agati, Ongwaes, Kwamboka, Eiden, Dr. Gideon, Neliah, Joshua, Nancy, Veronicah, Jeliah, Eng. Moraa, Nyamoita, Okindo, Rianne, Nyamache, Emmanuel, Mokeira, Joseph and Rosemary.

Meetings are being held at Joel and Margaret’s home at Oloolua. Funeral Service will be held at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church-Ngong on Friday 16th August 2024; followed by interment at his Oloolua home, Oloolua Location, Oloolua Ward-Kajiado County.
