ROSE KAIRU NZOKA

It is with heavy heart and in acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden passing on of our beloved Mum, Rose Kairu Nzoka which occurred on 8th September, 2020 due to heart attack.

She was the first child of Mwangangi Kavutau and Mutei Mwangangi. Loving wife of Nathan Nzoka Nyaru. Sister of Syumiti, Muthui, Musyoka and Mutinda. Mother of late Mumbe, Musyoka, Kyalo, Mutati (a prominent Nairobi businessman), Kasinga, Syumbua, late Mueni, Mumo, Muthakye, Makasi, Mung’alya, Mwikali, Martha, and Wayua. Grandmother of Kimanzi, Mwasya, Rose, Simba, Kairu, Winnie, Mercy, Ngumbau, Elizabeth, Wavinya, Monicah, Austin, Margret, Malia, Kalunda, Mawia and Kimanzi.

Her great grand-children are Mumbe, Michelli and Obama.

Mother-in-law of Muisyo and Muthui, Angela Mukii, Lena and Christine.

Family members, friends and well-wishers are meeting daily at Sagret Hotel, Millmani in Nairobi for funeral arrangements. A funds-raiser will be held at the same venue today, Wednesday, September 16, 2020.

The cortege will be airlifted from Kenyatta University Funeral Home at 8:00am on Saturday 19th August, 2020 for burial at her home In Maseki village, Kimangao location, Kyuso District, Mwingi North Sub-county, Kitui County.
