It is with deep sorrow that we accept God’s wish to announce the demise of Retired Chief Inspector Joseph Nzunga Kasimu, which occurred on 3rd June 2021 at Mulatya Memorial after a short illness.

Son of the late Kasimu Makuli and Esther Katumbi Kasimu. Beloved husband of Rhoda Mwikali. Father of Fred Musembi, Lawrence Nzunga (Trade Makueni County), Margret Mbinya (United Aryan Ltd) and Dorothy Ndunge (Sultan Hamud Sub county Hospital). Brother of the late Nduku, Kalondu, Mbulwa, James, Daudi, Tabitha, the late Musau and Mwikali. Father-in-law of Redempta and Winfred (True Foods).

His in-laws (Syitae) are Titus Kimeu and Mary Wambua, William Nding’u and Bendetta Nding’u, the late Kitana Muteti and Ndululu Kitana, Benjamin Mwilu and the late Elizabeth Mwilu. His sons-in-law are Isaac Muimi and James Wambua. Grandfather of Edna Mwikali, Musembi, Edna Ndinda, Maxwell, Nicole, Vivian, Jaden, Faith, Joy Muimi, Jayden and Adrian.

Nephew of the late lvui, the late Mbatha, the late Musomba, the late Mumbua and Ndunguu Ndavi. Cousin of the late Munuve, the late Ndambuki Isuilu, Francis Nzioka, the late Julius Ndeleva, the late Sila Isuilu, the late Kituku, Syuwau, Mukunu, Peter, Mukii, Lydia, John (Mulcobi), David and Josiah, Ndunda, the late Isaiah, the late Mutua, Wanziku, Kivila, Kamanthe and Ndunge, Syukwaa, Nthule, Kamene, Kalondu Ngoni, Esther and Phillip. Uncle of Stephen Musyoka, Philip Munuve, Josephat Nzioka, Mutinda John, Joseph Munyao, Benson, amongst others.

The cortege will leave Montezuma Funeral Home, Machakos on Saturday 19 June, 2021 for burial and funeral service at his home In Mutanda Village, Mutyambun Location, Nzaui Sub-county of Makueni County.
