It is with profound sadness and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Ruth Mueni Kisui, on the afternoon of 9th October, 2021, at M.P Shah Hospital, after a short illness. She was the Deputy Principal of Kitui Teachers College.

Wife to David Kisui Mutiku (Principal, Kitui Agricultural Training Centre). Mother to George Kyalo, Alex Musau and Grace Wavinya. Daughter of Peter Nzeki Mbunga and Beanice Kivinya Nzeki. Sister to the late Jonathan Nzeki, Daniel Nzeki,Ann Nzeki, Elizabeth Nzeki,Alex Nzeki, Major Mathias Nzeki and Japheth Nzeki. Daughter-in-law of the late Angela Nthambi Mutiku and the late Mutiku Kitambi.

An aunt to Michael Mavuu, Winnie Mwangangi, Dennis Mutuku, Ann Muthike, Michelle Muema, Challi Sammy, Mueni Peter, Ann Mutisya, Nicholas Nyerere, Faith Ndambuki, Charity Sombe, Samuel Kyalo, Joy Maina, Celine Mutie, Stanley Katambo, Clifton Nzioka, Bernard Mwilu, Mull Nzioka, Jane Kitheka and many others.

Sister-in-law of Margaret Mavuu, Veneranda Mwangangi, Regina Mwangangi, the late Amabilis Mutuku, Ruth Peter, Jacinta Mutisya, Nduku Nyerere, Matthew Mutiku, Lawrence Mutiku, the late Anthony Mutiku, Jacinta Mutiku, Stella Mutiku, the late Helena Kitheka, the late Sammy Mutiku, Peter Mutiku. Mutisya Mutiku, Nyerere Mutiku, Florence Ndambuki, Mary Sombe, Titus Kyalo, Colleta Mutie,james Maina, Esther Katambo and Catherine Nzioka.

Family and friends are meeting at old T-Tot Hotel (Mks) and at their home in Kaitha, Wamunyu daily for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Funeral Home – Machakos, on Wednesday 20th October, 2021, at 9‘00am, for a funeral service and burial at her Kaitha home.

Blessed are those who die in the Lord for their works shall follow them.
