It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Safina Nambura Kaberia, wife of Francis Kaberia and daughter of late Mwereria King’uru and late Cecilia Kanuu.

Step-daughter of Elizabeth Karema. Co-wife of late Kaario and Karwitha. Sister of Sarah, late Mwonjaru, Francis Ntoruru, Karwitha, Ng’olua, Baithili, Thaitumu, Ncororo, Mugambi, Jeremiah, Joyce, Joel, Zakayo, Henry and Romano. Mother of Rael Gitonga (Maritati Pry Sch), Charity Kathure, Julius lthalii, Wilson Nkunja (Nkunja &Co. Advocates, Meru), Grace Kyalo (Mivukoni Pry Sch) and Joseph Muthomi. Step-mother of Beatrice, late Mung’athia, late Monica, Florence, Harriet, Esther, Judy, Winfred, Patrick, Phineas Koome (KDF), Dorothy, Penina, Beth, Domiciano, Brandy, Jane and Mercy. Mother-in-law of late Reuben, Ezekiel, Jane, Irene Nguta (Registration of Persons, Imenti North), Justus Kyalo (Kalambani Pry Sch) and Fridah. Grandmother of Ken, Kirimi, Ivy, Carol, Dickson, Eric, Vicky, Biron, Yvonne, Brian, Della, Lewis, Tracy, Rita, Frank, Marvelous, Gift, Mwendwa, Fredrick, Chris, Mugambi and Nolan. Great grandmother of Harvey.

The cortege leaves Meru Teaching and Referral Hospital Mortuary on Saturday, 25th day of April 2020 at 9.00am for funeral service and burial at her home at Kalankware village, Kiegoi Location, Igembe South Sub-County on the same day.
