SALOME MUENI MTONGWE

Our hearts are sorrowful and saddened, yet in humble acceptance of Gods will that we announce the demise of Mrs Salome Mueni Mtongwe, which occurred on 27th September, 2023 after a long illness bravely borne.

Daughter of the late William Muisyo and the late Rael Mulewa Daughter-in-law to the late Munguti Musembi and the late Mbandi Munguti.

Wife to the late Francis Mtongwe Munguti. Mother to Eng Victor Mwendwa, Col (Dr) Vincent  M. Mtongwe (Kenya Defence Forces), the late Vivian Munene and Sr. Violet Mwikali (Loreto Sisters). Mother-in-law to Florence and Jackline. Grandmother to Anselem, Fabian, Angela and Abigael.

Sister-in-law to Nganda Munguti, Joseph Munguti, the late Renard Mukonzo, Sila Munguti and Joyce Kivuva.

Cousin to John Kyuli, Joseph Mutunga among others. Mama had many Nieces and Nephews as well as many sons and daughters that she mentored during her teaching career.

The cortege leaks Makueni Pamoja Funeral Home on 7th October 2023 at 7.15am for funeral Mass at Nthimbani Primary School, lkuua Village. Holy Mass will start at 9.00am followed by interment at her home at the same village.
