SAMUEL ONYANGO OPIYO

27/12/1959 – 25/07/2022

It is with great sorrow that we announce the sudden death of Samuel Onyango Opiyo, son of Mama Dereda Ng’ong’a Opiyo and the Late Jacob Opiyo Ogallo of Kademba Village, Nyajuok Sublocation of Alego Siaya County.

Samuel was a loving husband to Ruth Amhetsa Tubula and Befry Musimbi and a beloved father to Eugene Oduol, Mercy Odiwuor, Maureen Ngesa, Calvin Opiyo, Maryanne Biringi, Yvonne Atieno, and Sandra Kimberly. He was father-in-law to Angela Oduol, Raphael Odiwuor, Booker Ngesa, Annabelle Opiyo, and Rashid Biringi.

At the time of his promotion to glory Samuel was a proud grandfather to fifteen grandchildren: Austine Onyango, Ronnie Opiyo, Chichi Odiwuor, Tasha Odiwuor, Sylvans Odiwuor, Barbara Odiwuor, Maria Odiwuor, Booker Ngesa inr, Maya Ngesa, Jayden Ngesa, Melanie Ngesa, Corrie Opiyo, Chloe Opiyo, Leila Biringi, and Aamir Biringi.

Samuel was brother to Felgona Othieno, The late Eliud Omollo, the late Nelly Awino Odundo, Phoebe Jura, the Late Monicah Atieno, the late Elishd Juma, Dora Abong’o, the late Omollo Opiyo, Dennis Anyango and the late Clarkson Otieno Opiyo.

Samuel will be laid to rest on Saturday August 6th 2022 at his home in Kademba Village, Nyajuok Sublocation of Alego Siaya County.
