SAMUEL WAMATU KIBUI

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden and sad passing on of Samuel Wamatu Kibui, which occurred on 11th February 2023.

Son of the late Hutchison Kibui Wamatu and the late Lydia Wangari Kibui.

Loving Husband to the late Mary Njoki Wamatu. Loving father to Antony Kibui Wamatu and Scholastica Kibui (Nairobi). Grandfather to Tifanny, Hughes, Myles, and Waridi.

Brother to David King’ori (Wiyumiririe), the late Josphat Theuri, Esther Wanjiru (Nairobi), the late Joram Wachira, Jane Wamahiga (Nyeri) and late Julius Kahonge. He was a dear Uncle, cousin and friend to many.

He was a devoted church member of the Kamoko Catholic church where he was a staunch member of the Catholic Men Association.

Family and friends are meeting for prayers and burial arrangements at Antony Kibui’s residence at Membley starting at 6:30 P M, Norwich Union Building starting at 6:00 P.M and at his rural home Kirai Village, Mahiga, Othaya.

The cortege leaves Outspan Mortuary, Nyeri on Saturday, 18th February 2023 at 8:30 A.M. Thereafter the funeral service will be held starting at 11:00 A.M. at Kamoko Catholic Church, Kirai Village, Mahiga East, Othaya Sub-County, Nyeri followed by burial rites at his farm near the church.
