Samwel Rutto
It is with great sadness that the Board of Directors, Brand.KE fraternity and family of Mr and Mrs. Wilson Ptios Kamarkor Akuto announce the sudden death of Samwel Rutto that occurred on 28th April, 2020. Until his demise, Samuel was a Manager at Brand.KE, a merger of former Export Promotion Council (EPC) and former Brand Kenya Board.
He is the 7th born son of MrWilson Kamarkor Akuto and Mrs Miriam Chepochepawan. Also son to Mary Chemakeu and Agnes Mwajuma. Brother of Simon Akuto, Penina Akuto, Samson Akuto, Musaeh Akuto, John Akuto, Trizah Akuto and Zehrah Akuto. Also brother of Loice, Stephen, Christine, Juliana, Rael, Monica, Rose, Chelimo, Dorcas, Abraham, Enock, Shadrack, Mengich, Geoffrey and Anna. Son inlaw of Francis Tulel and Rofina Cheming’eny Tulel, Brother-in-law of the Sakitias, Kiturs’, Mwangis, Ruttos, Kapsonoi, Tulels, Parlkleas, Kiyapyaps, Samalis, Taits, Ptionys, Kupars among others. Nephew and Cousin of the Lokitumans, Lotunales, Kokitas, Long’arkamar among others
He is survived by his wife Patricia Tulel-Rutto and his children Ciaran Mosop, Cayden Powon and Kalila Chepeng’at.
The cortege leaves Cheranganyi Nursing Home mortuary on 30th April 2020 at 1200hrs for burial at his home Kamatira Location, West Pokot County on Saturday 2nd May 2020.
