It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on to glory of Samwel Wachira Kihia, on 03/03/2021, after a long battle with cancer bravely borne.

Loving husband of Leah Wanja.Adoring father of Antony Kihia and Charity Wairimu. Son of the late Kihia Gatama and Charity Wairimu. Brother of Mwangi, the late Minjire, Wangui, Kanyuiro, Njogu, the late Kariuki, Wamuyu and Njoki. Son-in-law of the late Bernard Njenga and Victoria Njeri. Brother-in-law of the late Mburu, Shengeshi, Njambi, Kiguta, Kangara, the late Njuguna and Ruguru. Uncle to many.

Daily meetings and prayers are being held at CEO Bar and Restaurant Githurai 45, along the Thika Super Highway.

The cortege will leave Kenyatta University Funeral Home, on Wednesday 10/03/2021, at 6.00am, followed by a funeral service at the family farm in Oljabet, (Gatero), Marmanet at 11:00am.

It’s God who gave us Wachira and it’s God who has taken him. May His name be praised.
