It is with deep sorrow and pain that we announce the death of Sebastian Mwichigi Miru, that occurred on Saturday 07/01/2023 after a short illness.

Beloved husband of the late Teresia Nduta Mwichigi. Son of the late Zachariah Miru Mwichigi and Lucia Murege Miru of Mwea Village, Gatundu North, Kiambu County. Son-in-law of the late Dominic Gikonyo Nganga and Cecilia Thuita Gikonyo of Makwa Village, Gatundu North.

Father of Antony Miru (USA), Lucy Wanjiku (USA), Dominic Gikonyo (USA), Sabina Wambui (Kitengela) and Gabriel Kiburuti (Mwea, Gatukuyu). Father-in-love to Margaret Miru (USA), Nicholas Murerwa (USA), Jemima Gikonyo (Thika) and Hilda Kiburuti (Mwea, Gatukuyu).

Brother to the late Philomena Wambui Kimani, Joseph Kiburuti, Teresia Wangui Kamanja, Samuel Kariuki, Raphael Gichuhi & Andrew Gakumo. Beloved uncle and grandfather to many.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at his residence in Mwea Village, Gatundu North from 7.00pm, for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Monaliza Funeral Home – Kabati on 18/01/2023 at 8.00am for a church service and burial at his home in Mwea Village, Gatundu North.
