It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Sharon Jepkosgei Kigen of Australian Catholic University, Australia which occurred due to drowning at Simmos Beach Australia.

Daughter of Francis Kigen Kutto (KPLC Iten) and Rael Kigen of Burar Farm/Kimuchi, Moiben Sub-County, Uasin Gishu County. Sister of Edwin Kiprotich, Daniel Kogei, Judith Jeptoo, Edna Jepkoech, Faith Jeruto, Ivy Jelagat and Jackline Jelimo.

Granddaughter of Kapkuto Chepkei of Kimoning and Kapmoek of Baharini in Elgeyo border (Talket).

The cortege will arrive at Eldoret International airport on Sunday, 12th March 2023.

The cortege will leave Eldoret Hospital Mortuary on Tuesday, 14th March 2023 to at her parent’s home, Burar Kimuchi, Uasin Gishu County. Funeral service and burial will be on Tuesday, 14th March 2023 at her parent’s home, Burar Kimuchi, Uasin Gishu County from 10.00am.
