We regret to announce the passing of Mrs. Shelmith Wangeci Muteru of lhururu, Muhoya Location, Nyeri County on Thursday 2nd April, 2020.
Loving wife of the late Senior Chief Simon Muteru Wachiuri. Daughter of the late James Magoti Gachuki & the late Mary Wanjiku. Sister of Wilson Githu, the late Joseph Wachiuri, the late Charles Wairegi, the late Jackson Mwai, Francis Hiuhu, the late James Gichohi, Jane Muthoni Maina and the late Nicholas Kuria.
Mother of Jackson Wachiuri Muteru, Francis Wanjohi Muteru, the late Jim Gitahi Muteru, Elizabeth Nyokabi Mathu, Anne Wanjiku Gitahi, Wilson Githu Muteru, Catherine Wambui Ngugi, Jane Njeri Muiru and the late John Karige Muteru. Mother-in-law of Lydia Wacuka, Charity Muthoni, Titus Mathu, Charles Gitahi, Rahab Nyawira, Timothy Ngugi, David Muiru and Miriam Nyawira. Grandmother & great grandmother of many.
The cortege leaves Outspan Funeral Home on Tuesday 7th April 2020 at 8.00 a.m. Burial service will start at 10.00 a.m. at her home in lhururu.
