It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that the Mamicha family announces the demise of our mother, Mrs. Shelmith Wangui Mamicha that happened on 27th October, 2023.

Wife to the late Zacharia Mamicha Gichuhi. Daughter to the late Giithui and Leah.

Daughter-in-law to the late Gichuhi and Wambui.

Mother to the late Burton Ndirangu, Martin Gichuhi, Damaris Gathaiya, James Wachira, Leah Kahuko, Elizabeth Kahare and Wilson Gathiga. Mother-in-law to Catherine Carol Beth Gathaiya Kahuko and Kahare. Grandmother to the late Isaac Njora, Alex Mamicha, Evelyne Warribui, Getrude Warn bui, Brian Mugo, Ian Nyaga, Brenda Wanjiru, Zack Mamicha, Baraka Kahuko, Dennilson Mamicha, Jasmin Wangui, Alfred Mwangi and Jayden Njaramba. Great grandmother to Alvin and Dalton.

Sister to the late Wilson, Peninna, the late Florence,the late Dickson, the late Eutycus, Evanson, Jane and Tabitha.

Sister-in-law to Elizabeth, the late Leah, the late Hezron and Rahab Gichuhi.

The cortege leaves Mukurweini Hospital Mortuary on Friday 3rd November, 2023 at 8.00am for funeral service to be held at PCEA Kanderendu Church and thereafter-burial at her home in Mung’ariaVillage near Kangubiri Girls, Aguthi location, Nyeri County.
