It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that, we announce the sudden demise of Mr. Simon Morris Okumu Amollo (Okush) formerly of United Nations, which occurred on 13th March 2020 in Stockholm Sweden.

Beloved son of the late Christopher Amollo and mama Esther Amollo, step son of Mama Isabella Amollo of Waondo village, Suba North Homabay County. Husband of Lillian Okumu, Father of Audry Nudi and Aaron Jerome. Brother of the late Nashon Onyango, Patrick Lumumba, the late Lucy Owino, Rev jephas Okello, Tom Amollo, the late Teddy Odoyo, Moses Amollo, Dan Nyakado, Elisabeth Akinyi, Asha Amollo and Derrick Amollo, Peter Odoyo and Tobias Amollo among others.

Brother-in-law of Jane Lumumba, the late Florence Ajode, Kennedy and Joan Ajode, Fred and Violet Ajode, Jackie Mboya, Lillian Odoyo, Eve among others. Nephew of the late Eliud Rabongo, Alphonse Kawawa Otieno Ouku, The late Okongo Kusa and Okello Kusa among others. Cousin of Fred Rabongo, Rose Okowa, Steve Okeyo, Collins Rabongo among others. Uncle of many.

Funeral arrangements are on going and there shall be a fund raising on 2/4/2020 at The Professional Centre, to transport the body from Stockholm – Sweden and cater or the funeral expenses. Contributions can be sent to Mpesa Playbill: 89 1300,Account no : 39195.
