It is with a heavy heart that we announce the demise of Kogo Siokwei Seroney.

Daughter of the late Kiptoo Arap Kessio and the late Talai Kessio. Loving wife of the late Seroney Arap Chumo, co-wife to Kobilo Seroney. Mother of the late Milka Kimoi Kosgei, Susana Kimoi Chebii, the late Ziporah Kimoi Kigen, Salim Kiptanui Seroney, Hon. Sammy Seroney (MP), Esther Kimooi, Joseph Ruto, Erick Seroney, James Kimutai Seroney & Joseph Kipsang Seroney. Step-mother to Hellena Kimoi Maru, Grace Kimoi Kibitok, Dinah Kisarbei, William Kiprono Seroney & Peter Kibirech Seroney.

Sister to Martha Suge, the late Willy Kessio, Esther Siokwei Chebung’ng’on & Nelson Kiplori Kiptoo. Step-sister to the late Siokwei Kapchongo, the late Siokwei Kiprop, Elizabeth Siokwei Tororei, Hellen Siokwei Kamilda & Dinah Siokwei Kiptoo. Mother-in-law to the late Richard Kosgei, Stephen Chebii, Julius Kigen, Jeniffer Seroney, Caroline Limo Seroney, Joseph Rutto, Ruth Jeptarus Biwot, Rose Seroney & Naomi Joseph. Grandmother to many grandchildren & great-grandchildren.

A fundraiser to cater for funeral expenses is on Monday 30th August, 2021, at Bontana Hotel Nakuru starting from 5:00pm.

The cortege leaves Umash Funeral Home on Wednesday 1st September 2021 at 8:30am for funeral service and thereafter burial at Kalyet Farm, Olorongai, Nakuru County.
