With great sadness and acceptance of God’s will, we announce the passing on of Snr. Assistant Chief Julius Moturi Nyakweba. Son of Ernest Nyakweba Nyanamba and Joyce Mwango and Rael Moraa of Mochengo village, Nyacheki Ward, Nyamache Sub County Kisii County.

Husband of Jackline Bosibori.  Dad of Brian Moguche, Sharon Kemunto and Brigid Mogoi.

Brother of Kodheck (Kweback), Jane, Phanice, Job, Bogomba, George, Mosigisi, John and Eric.

Son in-law of late Magare and Loise Buyaki. Brother in-law of Nyaga, peter, Japhet, Rodha and others.

Nephew of Rtd Snr Chief Matundura, Okindo, Susana, Grace, Mariam, Paul, Onwonga and others.

His aunts are Alice Obare, Josephine and late Kerubo.

Until his death he was the Senior assistant chief Keera Sub Location, Mochengo Location, Nyacheki Ward, Nyamache Sub County, Kisii County. The fundraiser is scheduled on Tuesday 21/01/2025 at his Mochengo home and Wednesday at Nyacheki market (his shop) on 22/01/25.

The cortege leaves Kisii Teaching and Referral Hospital morgue on Thursday 23/01/25 for burial on 24/01/25 at his Mochengo home.
