Solomon Meja Irangi

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing on to glory of our beloved Father Mr. Solomon Meja Irangi on 5th April 2020.

Son of the late Mzee Andrea Nagwaga Irangi and the Late Mama Lena Lukaya Irangi. Loving husband of the late Selina Kadalima Irangi. Father of Elphas Abamu, Emily !mall Osundwa, the late Alexander Agatsiva, the late Sanlita Egehiza, Evans Irangi, Mary Janira, Eric Meja and David Serede. Father-in-law of Jane Abamu, Gilbert Osundwa, the late Hellen, Ruth Matsitsa, the late Richard, Dinah Meja and Joyce. Grandfather of, Kadalima, Andrew, Lillian, Dan, Carol, Godfrey, Abraham, Steve, Sammy, Elsa, Walter, Charity, Oliro, Kabara, Karen, Solomon Meja, Mise, Edgar among others. Great Grand-father of many dotting girls and boys.

Brother of the late Gen, Supt PAG (Kenya) Rev, Shem Irangi, the late Ernest Irangi, James Idagiza, the fate Harun Irangi, Erica Chamwada, Azibeta Onamu, Alice Busena, Elijah Irangi and Esther Ndanyi. Brother-in-law of Chamwada, the late Migoze, the late Rosa, Indeheli, Dorcas, the late Benjamin, Kilaini and others. Uncle of John, Geoffrey, Janet, Isaac, Allen, Patrick, Rose Onamu, Rev Mido, Suzzie, the late Azibeta among others.

The cortege leaves Kiminini Cottage Mission Hospital on 8th April 2020 and proceeds to his farm at Mabusi Scheme for burial on 9th April 2020.
