SR. MARY LYDIAH MATHENGE, CPS

It is with humble submission to God’s will that we the Missionary Sisters of the Precious Blood of the East African Province announce the passing on of Sr. Mary Lydiah Mathenge, CPS which occurred on Wednesday, 3rd November 2021 at Mater Hospital.

Daughter of the late Patrick Mathenge and the late Doris Wambui. Sister to late John Wachira, Martha Mukami, late Boniface Mwaura, Mary Nyawira, David Githinji and late Perpetual Wanjiru. Aunt and grandmother to many.

The cortege leaves Mater Hospital Mortuary on Monday, 8th November, 2021 for Funeral Mass at Divine Mercy Catholic Church, Juja at 10:00 am. Interment thereafter at Missionary Sisters of the Precious Blood Cemetery, Star of Hope, Juja.
