Son to the late Nathaniel Machira and Raheri Wangari. Son-in-law to the late Harrisson Macharia Mbogo and Juliana Macharia.

Husband to Gladys Wairimu. Beloved father to Caroline Wangari, Christopher Machira and Abigail Wangechi.

Brother to Josphat Machira, the late Grace Wachiuri, Margaret Macharia, John Machira, Francis Machira, Charity Maina, Mary Maina, Samuel Machira, Paul Machira, Sarah Mwaniki and Rebecca Kamau. He was a Brother-in-law and an uncle to many.

Family and friends are meeting at his home in Landless, Thika Sub-County for burial arrangements.

The cortege leaves Mwai Kibaki Farewell Home on Thursday, 21st September 2023 at 9:00am for funeral service and burial at his home in Gathumbi Village in Othaya, Nyeri County.
