STEPHEN MUTUKU MUTIA

We celebrate the life of Stephen Mutuku Mutia who transitioned peacefully to glory on Saturday 4th September 2021 after a short illness.

Son of the late Joseph Mwanza Mutia and the late Stella Mwelu Mwanza of Kingoti, Tala, Machakos County. Brother to the late Syombua, late Sila, late Mutheu, late Mbinya, Mutuli and Munyiva. Loving husband to the late Rose Ngina Mutia. Adored Father to Hellen Mueni Mutuku, Nicholas Mwanza Mutuku, Armstrong Matheka Mutuku and Geoffrey Sila Mutuku.

Brother-in-law to Katei, Kamwaki, Scholastics, Hydah, Nthambi, Mbithe, Mumbua and Ndunge. Father-in-law to Cabdi Farax, Asumpta Muia Mwanza, and Jacinta Matheka Mutuku. He was a dotting grandfather to Shamim, Wards, Shahida Yassir, Kayla, Summer, Tamara and Shana.

Relatives and friends are meeting daily at his residence in Buru Buru and at his son’s residence in Lavington.

A memorial service will be held on Monday 13th September at Redeemed Gospel Church, BuruBuru at 2.30pm.

The cortege leaves Montezuma, Mbagathi Road on Tuesday Step 14.9.2021 at 7.00Am. Funeral service and burial will begin at 10am at Kingoti, Tala, Machakos County. Please be advised that all COVID-19 protocols will be strictly observed and therefore available sitting is limited.
