STEPHEN WAMBUGU WAWERU

It is with deep sorrow and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to Glory of Stephen Wambugu Waweru (formerly of Blueshield insurance company and Kenya Re), after a short illness bravely borne.

Son of the late NjoguWaweru and the late Gladys Nduta. Husband of Lucy Ngendo, Father of Lillian Waweru (Riara group of schools) Caroline Nduta (Equity bank), Irene Njoki (Business lady) and Eunice Nyambura. Brother of Teresia Njoki, the late Peter Ngunjiri, Mary Wangui, James Mwangi, Peter Gichuki, the late Paul Waweru and Jane Wahito. Father in law of John L. Wainaina, David Pamba and Kennedy Njenga.

Son in law of the late Daniel Munyambu and the late Elizabeth Wanjira Munyambu. Doting grandfather of Abigail. Angella, Nicholas, Angella Imani, Ryan, Nathan, Ariana and Arthur.

Friends and family are meeting daily from 2:00pm at his residence in Ngoigwa Estate Thika, and at his Rural home Gathungururu, Mukurwe-ini Nyeri County.

The cortege will leave Montezuma funeral home-Kabati on Tuesday 9/11/21 at 7:00 m followed by a funeral service and interment at his home in Gathungururu village Gakindu location Mukurweini, Nyeri County.
