SUSAN WANGARI WAINAINA

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden demise of our beloved mum, Susan Wangari Wanaina on 13th October, 2020.

Wife of the late Peter Wainaina Gachoka. Beloved daughter of the late Thomas Gacheru and the late Josphine Njeri. Loving mother to the late Dominic Gachoka, Eunice Wairimu, Andrew Gacheru and Alex Kabuu (MCA Kiganjo ward Kiambu county). Sister to Leonard Njenga, Late James Ngugi, Esther Wairimu Jameson (T.Z), George Munyua, Geofrey Gikaru, Late Grace Wanjiku Njenga, Judy Ngonyo Kiraba and Moses Mbugua.

Mother-in-law to Peterson Karanja, Marion Wanjiru, Jackline Gathoni and Angela Muthoni Kanja. Sister in Law to Pst Daniel Kinyanjui, Susan Wambui, Pst Margaret Wanjiru John Martha and the late Emily Wanjiru. Grandmother to Joy Wambui, Nancy Wairimu, Peterfrank Wainaina, Carlpeters Wainaina among others.

Meetings are ongoing at her home in Kiganjo and Sagas Hotel Thika Road for Funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves K.U. Funeral Home on 22nd October, 2020 at 8:00am for Requim mass at Ikuma primary school and later laid to rest at her home in Ikuma village, Gatundu South.
