TERESA MUTHONI MUCHIRA

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Teresa Muthoni Muchira (formerly of National Bank of Kenya Ltd) which occurred on 16th November, 2024.

She was the daughter of the late Francis Mwai Konji (Mwicaro) and the late Eugenia Warigia Mwai (Kuthera). 

Devoted wife of Patrick Mathagu Muchira Doting mother of Dennis Mathagu, Eric Mwai and Maureen Nyawira.

Mother in love of Nyawira Makena and Ted Mwai.

Grandmother of Wanjiru Mwai, Muchira Mwai and Muthoni Mwai.

Sister of Cecilia Waguama Mwai & John Irungu and the late Anthony Mwaniki Mwai.

Sister in love of Nancy & Fred Kariuki, Jason & Joyce Muchiri, Peter & Anne Njagi, Anne & Johnson Maina and the late Florence & Sam Muiruri.

Auntie, Niece, Cousin and friend to many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at her Ongata Rongai residence from 3:00pm and also All Saints Cathedral on 22nd, 25th and 26th November, 2024 from 4:00pm.

Revelation 21:4 “He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.”

A beautiful soul serves everyone all the time, it never dies and will bring us together forever. Rest in heaven’s glory.
