TIMOTHY ACHIA AWICH

1943 – 2021

With heavy hearts we announce the passing on of Timothy Achia Awich after short battle with hypertension and diabetic mellitus, bravely borne.

Was loving husband to Sella Awich and Miriam Awich. He was the son to the late Lukio Achia Awich and Teresa Nyakeke Nyagoro. Father to the late Samwel Awich, Argwings Kodhek, Emmanuel Opiyo, Evans Otieno, Clarice Olum, Ayub Omondi, Deborah Awich, Anne Awuor, Neto Augustine and Luke Awich. Brother to Sarah Achia, late Ruth Achia, the late John Anudo and Florence Nyamondo.

Brother in-law to late Dorcas Anudo, the late Alice Anudo and Perez Anudo. Father in-law to Molly Opiyo, Mildred Otieno, Dorothy Omondi, Roseline Neto and Linet Achia. His grandchildren are Pendo, Terreza, Sheila, Warren, Achia, Miriam, Whitney, Emelda, Stephany, Becky, Andrew,Wesley, Josephine,Viola, Divons, Miriam, Loice, Tynna, Walter, Damaris, Moses, John Terry, Modester, Laiser, Easter, Amani, Israel and Nillan.

The cortege leaves Ahero County Hospital on Friday July 2, 2021 followed by burial on the same day at his home in Kanyabola, Kakola Ombaka sub-location in Nyando sub-county under Mariwa SDA Church.
