It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Trucila Nyaboke Ogeto, which occurred on 12th June, 2023 after a long illness.

Daughter to the late Onkundi Omboga and Moraa Onkundi.

Wife to the late Jackton Ogeto. Co-wife to the late Elizabeth Kemunto.

Mother to Peter, John, the late Orang’o, the late Gichanuo, Prisicah, Reuben, Hezekiah, Pamela, Jane, Maureen, Alffettah and Henry. Step-mother to the late Charles, Esther, Japhet, the late Mary, the late Robert, Zipporah, Peris, Lilian and Tom.

Mother-in-law to the late Florence, Trine, Ebisibah, Isabellah, Olpha and Agnes.

Aunt to Hon. Jimmy Angwenyi, Naftal Maina, Gisemba Onyiego,Araka Mogere, Job Mogere, among others.

Grandmother to Isaac, Nancy, Jackson, Dadious, Brian, Hesbon, Yuvinalis, Solomon, Glen, Bernedict, Becky, among many others.

Sister to the late Francis Ondari, Lucia Bosibori, the late Gisora Onkundi and Nyambane. Korera to the late Milkah Nyachieng’a, Karimu Mogere, the late Jackson Bogomba, the late Hezron Achika, the late Omai Ondieki, Ogendo Kerosi, Orina Ogamba, the late Nyaberi Nyamwaya, Mary Okibo, the late Sostena Ondieki, among others.

The main fundraising is being held today at her homes in Kegogi and Isoge respectively.

The cortege leaves Christamarriane Hospital Mortuary on Thursday, 22nd June, 2023 for her home in Nyansakia Village, Marani Sub-county for an overnight vigil. Burial will be held on Friday, 23rd June, 2023 at her home in Kegogi, Nyansakia Village.
