VERONICA ACHIENG ONYANGO

It is with humble acceptance of God that we announce the passing of Veronica Achieng Onyango of the Ministry of finance, Pensions department, which occurred on the 13th of August 2021 at Nairobi West Hospital after a long battle with cancer.

She was the beloved daughter to the late Peter Oluoch Alando and Joyce Ondhalo, Step daughter to Elizabeth and Hildah Oluoch. The wife of the late George Onyango Ondoro. Loving mother to Lilian Onyango Okwisia, Matthew Sisulu, the Late Dardly and Austin. Daughter in law to late Ondoro Miller and late Dorsila Ondoro. lnlaw to Christopher Nakafwa and Beatrice Matendechere.

Sister to Judith, Betty, Phenny, Joyce, Rose, Caroline, Aketch, Megan, brother to Paul, David, Remjius, Peter, Julius and late Godfrey. Sister-in-law to Daniel, Jacob, Mercy, Jerima, Lorna, Zadock, Philip, Majlin and Leah, late Jim and Alex. Mother-in-law to Micheal Okwisa of KDF(Keny-atta Barracks Gilgill) Loving aunt to Victor, Maureen, Caroline, Brenda, Nancy, Manuella, Allan, Giveens, Ruby Cindy, Joyce, Micheal, Philip. Grandmother to late Ethan, Ryan, Adel and Mayson. Cousin to George, William, Lucy and Alex and a friend to many.

Funeral arrangements are taking place daily at her residence at Rabai court, Uhuru Estate (Nairobi) at 5pm -8pm.

The Cortege leaves Umash Funeral Home on Sunday 29 August 2021 at 11:00 am for burial in Oyugis, Homabay County, Wire Village on 30/8/2021.
