VINCENT KIPYEGON LANGAT

It is with profound sorrow and a deep sense of loss that we announce the sudden death of Mr. Vincent Kipyegon Langat of KenGen PLC which occurred on 25th November 2020 after a tragic road accident along Narok Maimahiu road. He joined KenGen PLC on 1st July 2014 where he has been working until his demise.

Loving husband of Jackline Jepkemoi Chemweno (K.I.T.I-Nakuru) and father of Cate Cherotich and Velma Chemutai. Beloved son of retired teacher Geoffrey Kenduiwo and Sally Kenduiwo. Brother of Nancy Langat, Agnes Mosonik, Gilbert Langat-NRB, Janet Ngetich, Betty Rutto and Mercy Chepkirui. Son in law of Emmanuel Kiplagat and Dinah Chemweno (Elgeiyo Marakwet). Brother in law of Samuel, Mosonik, Micah, Kenneth, Faith Langat, Purity, Lorna, Hillary, Mercy, Naomi, Nora, Evans, Timothy, Elias and Elijah.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his residence in Nakuru K.I.T.I for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Umash Funeral Home Nakuru on 4th December 2020 and will be laid to rest in his home in Nakuru County, Kuresoi North-Matunda village on 5th December 2020.
