It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Virginia Ngonyo Gacheke (Jamhuri Market, Thika) that peacefully occurred on Tuesday, 18th June, 2024.

Daughter of the late John Mwangi and Joyce Wanjiru of Kangemi. Daughter in-law of the late Wilson Muchina and the late Elizabeth Wakonyo of Limuru.

Wife of Michael Gabriel Gacheke Muchina.

Mother of the late Caroline Kariuki, Elizabeth Gacheke, the late Edwin Gacheke and Teresiah Mungai.

Mother in-law of Joseph Kariuki, Ben Kamonye and Barnabus Mungai. Sister of Ndung’u,Waweru, Wairimu, Muthoni, Wambui and Wanyoike.

Sister in-law of Margaret Waitherero (Clara Academy Babadogo), Kamau, Margaret Wanjiru, Pastor Njuguna (Limuru), Jacinta Wanjeri, Nyambura, Wanjiru Munene, Pastor Daniel Muhiu, Nancy Wangari, Samuel Njatha (Limuru) among others.

Grandma of Mark, Mitchel, Christine, Tasha, Jean-Kyle, Telvin, Jenna, Josh and Tania.

Family and friends are meeting daily at her home in Maraba, Witeithie opp Varsity Aim Academy starting at 6.00pm for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege will leave Montezuma Monalisa Funeral Home – Kabati Kenol on Monday, 24th June, 2024 at 8.00am, followed by a funeral service and interment at her home in Maraba,Witeithie opp Varsity Aim Academy starting at 10.00am.
