It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Sister in Christ, Wairimu Wanjohi which occurred on 11th June 2020, of Thuita village, Kamacharia ward, Murang’a County.

Wife of the late Wanjohi Ngechu. Mother of James Njema (teacher-Njoro), Susan Wambui (Highyielderphos-Gakurwe), Amos Ngechu (Agricare-Nakuru) and Ben Chiira (Thuita). Sister of the late Francis Kinuthia (Nakuru-Pipeline). Stepmother of Mwaura Wanjohi (Moto Mausummit), Ngechu (Headteacher Arutani Primary Solai), Chiira (Thuita), Wambui & Waigumo (Nairobi), Warau (Mausummit), Wangari (Gathuki-ini) and Gathoni (Nakuru,). Mother-in-law of Margaret Njema (Njoro), Janet Ngechu (Agricare-Nakuru), Virginia Mumbi (Naivasha), Nancy Wanjiru (Mausummit), Jane Ngechu (Bahati) and Patricia Chiira (Thuita). Mother-in-law of Thomas Kiniani (Gakurwe). Step-sister of Boniface Kinuthia (Nakuru), Murigi (Nakuru) among others from Kapsita Elburgon.

The cortege leaves Kiria-ini Mission Hospital Mortuary on 16th June 2020 at 9 m, thereafter for burial at her home, Thuita Village.

I fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith (2 Timothy 4:7).
